As with Dee's other projects, you could choose the theme and colors of your acrylic tag project. She
gave us lots of examples and beautifully coordinated ribbon pieces to compliment our tags. I absolutely love Dee's animal stamp designs so I knew right away which one I wanted to do! I have the Vertical Inspiration - Jungle and Junior Jungle sets at home. I also used a couple stamps from the Circus stamp set.
The expression on their little faces makes me think they are really paying attention to me as I'm looking at the tag. :o)
I also liked this project because we were creating a scene on each tag. The project involved stippling. I really like the large stipple brushes from SI. When you have a large area, you NEED a large brush! Using the Blending Blox ink pads really liven up your background.
There's going to have to be really special occasion for me to give this tag away....really, really special....
Take care and STAY POSITIVE!!
Trena is so right about the acrylic tag book. The table that I sat at had a design with igloos, polar bears, penguins and Eskimos -- it was just as cute. Dee's stamps are so bold and fun to color!! Thanks Trena for posting the class items.
