I made this cute little Hippo birthday card for a sweet baby my daughter babysits for. After making the hippo card, we found the gift bag. I drew a cupcake to match the bag. The hippo and the chef hat are two separate images. They were stamped on cold press water color paper. The cupcake was drawn on hot press paper block and then cut out. I drew the boarder with a waterproof pen.
Over the next few days I'll post photos of some cards I'll be making. I'm OOBO (Out of my Blog Office) so the photos will be a little different than usual. Since I'm traveling, I have limited supplies. I pre-stamped a bunch of images on water color paper and brought my coloring tools - pencils and a water color travel kit.
